I was involved with the development project from day one, helping the Parkonomy team with the initial business plan, putting together a cost-effective development team, delivering the complex database configurations required, and launching the platform.
WONDERPOST GARDEN SUPPLIES
Wonderpost is an ongoing project which I have been involved in for several years. From humble beginnings using PayPal buttons on a page to a state of the art E-commerce deployment on the BigCommerce platform, Wonderpost has grown into one of the UK’s premier garden supplies stores. The store sells the Wonderpost brand of Fertilisers, Soil Improvers and Composts, as well a host of associated products all aimed at the ‘Discerning Gardener’.
I have been involved in advising on, and managing the transition to BigCommerce, utilising Social media to drive customer engagements, and their product, sales and distribution stack.
NEVILLE STEIN – HORTICULTURAL BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Neville Stein, the UK’s leading horticultural business consultant works with medium to large businesses helping them deliver greater efficiencies in sales, marketing and administration, he also sits on a number boards and advises numerous industry bodies.
I’ve worked with Neville for the last 12 months advising on a re-brand from Ovation Business to a more personal and media friendly ‘Neville Stein’ brand. This includes a new website https://nevillestein.com, a move into podcasting and an increase in targeted social media activity. We’ve also put in place some rock solid analytics practices that enable the acquisition of engagement data to further grow the Neville Stein brand..

The Vista Group of Companies includes three strands, Vista Commercial (outdoor structures for the hospitality industry), Vista Outdoors (glass rooms for the private sector), and Vista Glass (architectural glass for the private and commercial sectors).
I have been involved with all three businesses advising on and creating three websites and associated marketing materials, both physical and virtual. For Vista Commercial I’ve partnered with international suppliers, organised national events and put in place sales and marketing processes using HubSpot products including CRM and HubSpot Marketing.

From simple beginnings as an ash processing business Armantini is now one of the leading suppliers of 100% natural exfoliation ingredients to the skincare industry. Armantini imports raw materials from around the world and processes at a state of the art plant in the UK.
I’ve been involved with Armantini for a number of years advising and commissioning websites, helping to source raw materials, and implementing GDPR.
